Please be sure to read our Conditions before making your reservations. Conditions:
· Only rentals for 2 days or longer will be considered. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made with your credit card (Visa or Master) via paymate.com or by bank wire directly into one of our 3 bank accounts in the Channel Islands, Australia or Argentina (you pay all wire transfer fees). You may also pay via Western Union or with your Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card via Paypal.com (3.5% fee must be added on if paying via Paypal.com). Please make the Paypal.com payment to mark@apartmentsbariloche.com.
· Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your property with your keys and assist you in everything you need. Your remaining balance will be due and must be in cash. If you are staying in a property that is owned or managed by us, we will also collect a security deposit in the amount of $400 US that will be returned to you, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
· A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
· Any cancellation made with 60 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit. Any cancellation made less than 60 days notice will have their entire deposit forfeited.
